5. Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the limitation period of the applicable legal actions.
