YouTube, Twitch, Meta, TikTok, OnlyFans, Patreon… Each platform is taxed differently. We get it all declared properly, with the right forms and deadlines.
You get paid from all over the world in dollars or pounds. Reverse charge, Form 349, ECB exchange rate: we handle it so you don't have to think about it.
Instalment payments, deductible expenses (equipment, software, travel), annual tax return. No surprises in June, and making the most of everything the law allows.
Self-employed or a company? We register you correctly and, when your income calls for it, we assess whether a limited company (SL) suits you and set it up for you.
Working exclusively for one agency or production company can turn you into a bogus self-employed worker. We review your relationship and your contracts to prevent it.
Exclusivity clauses, assignment of your image, uses and terms. A bad contract ties you down for years. We read them and negotiate them for you before you sign.
Since the DAC7 Directive, platforms report your earnings to the tax office. Getting your affairs in order in time costs far less than an audit.
An invoice is no longer valid with just any template: it needs a chained record and a QR code. We get you invoicing by the book, today.
Based on official industry data (Annual Influencer Marketing Report 2026, Primetag × IAB Spain) and —unlike others— right down to what you actually keep after tax.

Method: impressions = followers × average reach for the tier (IAB/Primetag 2025); price = impressions ÷ 1,000 × CPM for the tier and platform; adjusted by your engagement; negotiation range ±30%. The gross figure comes from official data; the net figure is indicative (your final IRPF depends on your annual income and deductible expenses).
CromaSET is the app we use to manage your creator invoicing: it issues your invoices to Google, brands or platforms, converts every payment to euros at the official ECB rate and stamps each invoice with VeriFactu and its AEAT QR code. You get paid; we handle the numbers.
We are not an anonymous app or a generic accountancy firm that treats you like a hardware store. We are real lawyers and tax advisers who handle the taxation, contracts and invoicing of content creators, with the confidentiality your activity needs.
We always start by listening to you and running the numbers with you. No small print, no surprises: you will know what you pay and what you earn before deciding anything.
We have a physical office in Terrassa (Placeta Adelina Gregoriano, 4) and meet in person with those who are nearby —Terrassa, Barcelona and the whole Vallès region. But we handle creator advice entirely remotely: we work with creators across all of Spain without you having to leave home (or the set).
Whether you come to the office or we do everything online, we start the same way: listening to you and running the numbers with you, no strings attached.
Work out your rate in 1 minute or tell us about your case directly. The first consultation is no strings attached.
